About This Project

The extreme grade and the panhandle lot lead to a very cool design. There is a dramatic effect as you enter the home from either the mud/laundry room or front foyer as you step down into the main floor. The living and master ceilings are sloped and high transom windows bring in the morning sun. The stairs take you down to a mid level which hosts a games room, mechanical room and a one bedroom suite under the garage. From there you take a few more steps down to the lower floor which has a 12’ ceiling, a games room and wet bar under the open tread staircase.
