Addition above high water

About This Project

There were three parts to this renovation; rebuild and cover the deck to the North, add a garage with living space over it and join the existing house and new garage with a new front entrance to the home. The trick was raising the foyer above the high water mark and connecting the two buildings. Oh, and we also had to update the older house to a little more modern look that would be applied to the new construction.
