House with Toy Garage

The owner was very specific on this home. It hosts all the living on the main (lower) floor with the bedrooms up. To keep light in living area we increased the ceiling to 10′ and incorporated large windows along the front and along a portion of the rear. The garage is extra large and extra tall.
